To sign up for any of our leagues, tournaments, clinics or camps,please choose from either standard browser or the Adobe Acrobat individual registration which includes the Waiver and Release Form. If you are the person responsible for the formation of your team, please select either team registration form as well. The Waiver and Release Form is now a part of the Individual registration, which must be filled out.
