• 40 Minute game
• 5 minutes pre-game warm up
• No halftime
• 1 timeout per team
• Playoffs and Championship
• Game times: 12 Noon - 4 p.m.
  (Each team will play one game per week)
• 7 vs. 7 + Goalie, full field format (2 PLAYERS MUST STAY BACK)
• Minimum of 12 Players to enter as team
• Registration Deadline - 9/30/10
• NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON

Rules reminders:
1 timeout per team of not more than 1 minute.
No timeouts in the last 3 minutes
Overtime of not more than 5 minutes (running clock with no timeouts in OT).
