Sonesoccer’s experienced, permanent coaches will develop all aspects of your game with a structured program which will both challenge and stimulate.
Age and position-specific sessions will be tailored to allow all players to take their game to the next level.
U10 (ages 8-10): Based on Sonesoccer’s highly successful ‘First Touch’ program, the U10 sessions allow boys and girls to establish the basic techniques of soccer in a progressive structure.
U12: Designed to cater for the serious soccer player at the ‘golden age’ of learning, the U12 program introduces progressively advanced skills and tactics with a focus on game situations which allow players to make better decisions which ultimately result in better results.
U14: Pre-High School sessions prepare players to develop their game for this exciting level where advanced skills, fitness and tactics with a focus on positional play are combined in a framework of game-related situations.
High School: The unique demands of High School soccer, with its intense schedule and
increased pressure, are covered in this program which will allow the High School player to fine-tune their game through high-level, focused work on the physical, tactical and mental aspects of soccer to provide the extra edge which often makes the crucial, game-winning difference.
Goalkeeping: Goalkeeping is a position often neglected in team and academy training
programs, but is a crucial position, often making the difference between winning and losing. Our specialist training will equip you to face all the unique demands a goalkeeper faces with a focus on the technical, physical and psychological preparation necessary to perform at the highest level.
Goalscoring: Goals win games! The art of scoring is covered in this program which looks in depth at the various technical, physical and psychological aspects necessary for a striker to gain the game-winning advantage.
