U8 (ages 7-8): Based on Sonesoccer's highly successful 'First Touch' program, the U8 sessions allow boys and girls to establish the basic techniques of soccer in a progressive structure.
U10 (ages 9-10): The U10 program allows players who enjoy soccer to enhance all areas of their technique with the focus on ball-mastery.
U12 (ages 11-12): Designed to cater to the serious soccer player at the 'golden age' of learning, the U12 program introduces progressively advanced skills and tactics with a focus on game situations to allow players to make better decisions.
